Q-Does Wilson have a lifetime warranty?
A- Wilson products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited* Lifetime Warranty against defects and workmanship. Any product that is defective in either materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.
I followed up with a Wilson Customer Service Rep.
He rejected my replacement request b/c I did not have a receipt. I explained that I never received one as I received the football as a gift. The conversation went in circles.
So, I requested to speak with a supervisor. Rep denied my request to do so

Verified Buyer |Order Delay and Refusal to Cancel
I ordered 2 Wilson Pro Staff RF97 V13 racquets which were to be strung and after continuously checking a tracking number they sent via email (advising that the order was on its way), I am yet to get a delivery date for the items. I contacted customer service 3 times; the 1st occasion the rep said the order was shipped out to UPS and the delivery date will update within 24hrs (two days later no update), the 2nd rep said there were having delays and strung racquets can take up to 5 days (5 days passed no update), the 3rd rep told me that the order is gonna take 3-4 weeks to process so I kindly asked him to cancel the order and refund my money.
He said that's not possible- so I asked for him to connect me to a supervisor or manager, he said he cant do that, I asked him to have a supervisor contact me, he said he cant do that either- so pretty much Wilson (a company I thought was reputable before this encounter) expects me to just accept their delays of up to a month after getting paid for an order without any recourse.
Yeah I just called my bank and filed a dispute! FOH with that.

I have the same issue.
They bought my contract from a company that I never renewed with.
My system stopped working around late 2020 & early 2021.
I tried reaching them because they were still charging my card.
On hold for hours every time.
Card eventually expired. They then began sending me a bill.
They called to collect payment & shared they owe me for the months they drafted monies from my card when system wasnt working.
They never could transfer me.. said I needed to call.
Never no contactsleft on hold always.
Even sent chats no responses.
Now theyve sent me to collections that could damage my credit score.
Im livid I need to know what to do

Terrible Customer Support
Wilson has terrible customer service. I ordered a racket and never received a receipt or confirmation.
My credit card was charged though. I followed up and they said they couldn't find my order and it doesn't exist, only to have them come up with an order number a few hours later. It had been over 10 days since the original order and they told me the order was still being processed (lead times had gone up from 3-5 days to 8-10). My order number was not searchable on the website.
After another few days and no updates, I reached out again. Somehow still processing and no estimated completion date. Reached out once again today (20+ days from original order date) to be told lead time is 8-10 days. I told them I had been waiting over 20 days to which they responded that they conferred with the warehouse and my lead time would be another week and a half at best.
That is now a MONTH! I still don't have a searchable order number btw and they won't process a refund or cancel my order.

Same thing happened to me. I bought two items and only received 1 item.
1 tracking number, I assume I would get 2 items in 1 box.
Nope, only got one item. I would not recommend.
