I ordered a custom. $400.

Glove for my grandson on January 1. Was told it would be shipped by end of February. I called today to see where it was and was told it was going to be 3 weeks more and they had sent an email to all customers. They did not .

I asked to speak with that dept . but was told it was in Vietnam and they were not open , a supervisor told me same thing , apologized but could not rush my order that was late . This is my grandsons Senior year and he will miss using that glove for 10 more games at least . I asked to speak with another supervisor and was told there was no one else that would take customer calls .

I donโ€™t know if anyone cares enough to try and communicate with Vietnam time zone or if they are just ripping me off . This is not the way to run a sporting good business !
